The first step is the hardest? Nonsense, not with orderbird!
You accomplish two things here:
- Create a MY orderbird account
This can be done directly on your orderbird MINI. You'll receive an activation email with instructions. Follow them and you're done. - Personalize MY orderbird & activate Online TSS
Enter some few key data about your business on MY orderbird and activate your Online TSS automatically (#workingKassenSichV-compliant).
Sounds like paperwork? It is, but digital doesn't set dust, and you can do this in the blink of an eye - if you need about 5 minutes to blink ;).
By the way, that's all the paperwork you need to fill out for a successful start on MY orderbird:
Important to know
- You can only work with your orderbird MINI in compliance with the KassenSichV once you have completed this registration.
Therefore, please make sure that you enter all your data correctly, especially your commercial tax number. Afterwards, it's best you check the status of your Online TSS. - Enter your bank information and your confirm the SEPA direct debit mandate.
This is currently the only payment option to settle the monthly license fees for your orderbird MINI. In addition, you automatically activate your orderbird MINI license by providing your bank details.
This is what you can do in MY orderbird
- Keep an eye on your sales data at all times, even when you are not in the store.
- Send digital invoices to your customers by e-mail.
- Forward sales data reports and GoBD exports to your tax advisor or auditor.

Wrong e-mail address entered

Email address does not work
Please have a look here: I cannot log in to MY orderbird.
Registration link does not work anymore
The registration link in the activation email is only valid until you have saved your password. After that it won't work anymore since you can now log in directly to MY orderbird with your e-mail and password.
