Your license

To be able to work with your orderbird MINI, a monthly license is mandatory. This will be activated automatically as soon as you have

• created your account on MY orderbird,
• entered your bank details,
• issued a SEPA direct debit mandate and
• opened your first day on orderbird MINI.

The license fee is 29 € net per month and will be automatically debited from your bank account as soon as you have entered your bank details on MY orderbird and granted us the booking authorization.

Can I pause my license?

You are running a seasonal business or have to close temporarily? No problem! Just let us know via chat or send us a message via the contact form and we will inform you about the pausing of your license. To reactivate, contact us again and you can start working with the orderbird MINI again.

Important: As long as you do not have an active license, you can still log in to MY orderbird and view your invoices and sales data. However, you cannot use the orderbird MINI without an active license.
