If nothing helps, we will initiate an exchange of your orderbird MINI. You receive an email with information on how to proceed and a return declaration:
- First, fill out the return declaration. Otherwise, we cannot process the return!
- Send the defective device together with the completed declaration to our logistics center. You will receive the return form by email or together with the replacement device by mail.
Login to your new orderbird MINI
If you are using the old orderbird MINI until the new one arrives, it is best to contact our support team so that you can get assistance in changing the device: Write us a message on MY orderbird Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm.

Do I have to enter all my data again?
Nope! As soon as you have logged in to the orderbird MINI, you will see that you don't have to start from scratch again: all the products you have stored and settings you have made are there.
