Duration of the warranty

  • Initial warranty: 1 year
  • for replacement devices: at least 90 days or until the initial warranty expires

Please note that the following actions will void the warranty:

  • Unauthorized installation of new software on the orderbird MINI.
  • Damaging or removing the "No Tear" sticker on the left side of the orderbird MINI.
  • Manual damage from impact of any kind and/or falls.

Care Tips

  • Protect your orderbird MINI
    • from excessive heat, e.g. from direct sunlight,
    • too low temperatures, e.g. from wind in winter,
    • from severe shocks, e.g. from being dropped,
    • water and other liquids.
  • You can use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use cleaning agents that contain solvents!
  • Do not insert foreign objects into the card reader slot.
