If you manage multiple businesses, you can now conveniently link them in MY orderbird. This allows you to quickly switch between associated businesses, keep your data up to date, view reports, and access receipts

How to associate Your orderbird Businesses

Associate a business

1. Go to MY orderbird > Settings > Associated Businesses.
2. Enter the email address and password of the business you want to associate.
   
3. Click on "Associate Business".
   

   MINI … or PRO?

   That is not the question here :). You can associate businesses, regardless of whether they use orderbird MINI or orderbird PRO!

    
4. Done!
   
   

   Email Confirmation

   You’ll also receive an email confirming the successful association.

    

Disconnecting a Business

1. Go to MY orderbird > Settings > Associated Businesses.
2. In the overview, click on “Disconnect” of the business you want to disconnect.
   
3. The business is now removed.

Switching Between Associated Businesses

1. In the top title bar, you’ll see the name of your current business account next to the MY orderbird Logo.
2. Click on it and select the desired business from the dropdown list.
    
3. Done! You can now manage the selected business in MY orderbird.

How Do I Disconnect an Associated Business?

Associated the wrong business or closed a location? Of course, you can remove associated businesses at any time.

1. Log in to MY orderbird.
2. Go to Settings > Associated Businesses.
3. Click on "Disconnect Current Business".
