You have just registered in MY orderbird, but the MINI does not accept your credentials? If you are getting the message "wrong email or password" when trying to log in, please check the following:
- write your email with lowercase letters (even at the beginning!)
- check if there is a space before or after the e-mail or the password (and if so, delete it)
- tap on the eye in the password field and check your password
Everything correct and still the same error message?
Then try to change your password again. You can do this via the "Forgot your password?" link on the MY orderbird login page. Or if you are logged in, you can change it in Settings > User on orderbird MINI.
