Something is wrong with the billing? We will gladly check it!

If you want us to check a billing period, we need the following information and documents:

  • The information about which period it is.
  • The accounting files as .xlsx or .csv files for the period. You can find them in reports.bambora.com.
  • The relevant orderbird Z reports. You can send them to us as an export file from MY orderbird, or you can scan or photograph the printed copies.

For your review, we need at least one week processing time, depending on the effort. Please be patient.
